About the project:

In the Ascension Parish, Flood International Consulting Agency (FICA) was involved in two major projects. One of the projects involved working with the Ascension Parish Correctional system. Consultants from our company were involved in counseling and ministering inmates. The idea was to bring hope to these individuals so that they could start their lives over and seek employment.

The second project involved assisting the Gonzales Fire Department during Hurricane Katrina. Several consultants volunteered their time to assist personnel with search and rescue operations in New Orleans.
